Fluffsy.pk – Returns Policy
We want you to love your cuddly companion, but if you need to return:
- Return Request Window: Within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition:Â Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Exclusions:Â Personalized, seasonal, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable (customize as needed).
- Return Shipping:Â Paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- How to Initiate: Email us at fluffsypk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Assessment & Approval:Â We'll inspect returned merchandise and notify you of approval or rejection.

- Refund Method: Credits will be applied to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Defective or Incorrect Items:Â Eligible for full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
- Non-refundable Fees:Â Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Rejected Returns:Â If items fail to meet return conditions, refunds may be denied.
